กระทรวงวัฒนธรรมไทย–ฝรั่งเศส เดินหน้ายกระดับความร่วมมือทางวัฒนธรรมและอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ เนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 170 ปี ความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย–ฝรั่งเศส พร้อมขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ในหลากหลายมิติ ทั้งเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ อุตสาหกรรมภาพยนตร์ ศิลปะการแสดง และมรดกวัฒนธรรม เพื่อเสริมสร้างบทบาทของวัฒนธรรมในฐานะพลังขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน

เมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 17.30 น. (ตามเวลาท้องถิ่น) นางสาวซาบีดา ไทยเศรษฐ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม และคณะผู้บริหารกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม เข้าพบหารือกับ นางกาตริน เปการ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรมสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส (Mrs. Catherine Pégard) เพื่อเฉลิมฉลองวาระพิเศษครบรอบ 170 ปี การสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย–ฝรั่งเศส และสานต่อสายสัมพันธ์อันยาวนานกว่า 340 ปี นับตั้งแต่สมัยสมเด็จพระนารายณ์มหาราช 

ในการหารือครั้งนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านวัฒนธรรมในระดับประชาชน สังคม และภาคอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ โดยฝ่ายไทยได้แสดงเจตนารมณ์ในการยกระดับความร่วมมือให้แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น ผ่านโครงการและกิจกรรมร่วมกันอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมนางสาวซาบีดา กล่าวว่า การเยือนฝรั่งเศสครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทเชิงรุกของกระทรวงวัฒนธรรมไทยในการศึกษาต้นแบบการบริหารจัดการวัฒนธรรมระดับโลกของฝรั่งเศส เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับบริบทของประเทศไทย โดยเฉพาะการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมวัฒนธรรมและเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ให้สามารถแข่งขันได้ในระดับนานาชาติ

นอกจากนี้ คณะผู้แทนกระทรวงวัฒนธรรมยังได้พบหารือกับผู้แทนหน่วยงานวัฒนธรรมชั้นนำของฝรั่งเศส อาทิ Comité Colbert, Centre National de la Danse (CND) และ France Muséums เพื่อผลักดันความร่วมมือสำคัญใน 5 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่ การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมวัฒนธรรมและสร้างสรรค์ การยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมภาพยนตร์ การแลกเปลี่ยนด้านศิลปะการแสดง ความร่วมมือด้านพิพิธภัณฑ์และมรดกวัฒนธรรม รวมถึงการขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือของเครือข่ายเมืองสร้างสรรค์ของยูเนสโก

ทั้งนี้ ฝ่ายไทยเชื่อมั่นว่าความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้จะนำไปสู่การต่อยอดความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาว และช่วยยกระดับบทบาทของประเทศไทยในเวทีวัฒนธรรมและอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ระดับนานาชาติอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมต่อไป

Thailand and France Advance Cultural and Creative Industry Cooperation on the Occasion of the 170th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations

On 22 May 2026 at 5.30 p.m. local time, Ms. Sabeeda Thaised, Minister of Culture of Thailand, met with Mrs. Catherine Pégard, Minister of Culture of the French Republic, to mark the 170th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and France and to further strengthen the longstanding ties between the two countries, which date back more than 340 years to the reign of King Narai the Great.

The meeting reaffirmed both countries’ shared commitment to enhancing cultural cooperation at the people-to-people, social, and creative industry levels. Thailand expressed its strong intention to deepen bilateral cooperation through concrete projects and high-level cultural initiatives.

The Minister of Culture stated that this visit reflects Thailand’s proactive approach to learning from France’s world-renowned cultural management models and adapting them to the Thai context, particularly in developing cultural and creative industries to enhance Thailand’s competitiveness on the international stage.

In addition, the Thai Ministry of Culture delegation held discussions with leading French cultural organizations, including Comité Colbert, Centre National de la Danse (CND), and France Muséums. The talks focused on five key areas of cooperation: cultural and creative industries, the film industry, performing arts exchanges, museums and cultural heritage, and collaboration under the UNESCO Creative Cities Network.

Thailand is confident that this cooperation will further strengthen the long-term partnership between the two countries and enhance Thailand’s role in the international cultural and creative industries arena in a concrete and sustainable manner.
